This license applies to the database selection, organization, source-status labels, original descriptions, and presentation made available on TruckTireQuotes.com. It does not transfer ownership of third-party product specifications, trademarks, source documents, photographs, or pricing published by manufacturers, dealers, marketplaces, or other rights holders.

Permitted Use

TruckTireQuotes.com grants site visitors a nonexclusive, revocable license to view the database and use individual records for internal commercial tire research, fleet planning, maintenance review, and quote preparation. Reasonable excerpts may be used in internal records when TruckTireQuotes.com is identified as the compilation source and the original source and observation date remain attached where provided.

Uses Requiring Written Permission

Written permission is required before republishing a substantial part of the compilation, selling or sublicensing the compilation, creating a competing database from the site's collected records, offering bulk access, or using automated collection that burdens the service or bypasses access controls.
